Personal Lines Insurance Remarketing Specialist
The Arizona Group is an Arizona-based Independent Insurance Agency established in 1993 and is seeking a career-minded and experienced Personal Lines Remarketing Specialist who can join our Dynamic Agency and help continue our growth.
The Personal Lines Remarketing Specialist is responsible for assisting the Personal Lines Department in remarketing existing Client Polices for Account Managers.
This position is a full-time, Hourly, M-F 8:
00am - 5:
00 pm Initial onsite training required in our Mesa AZ office, followed by Hybrid / Remote- flexibility.

comQualifications for Personal Lines Insurance Remarketing Specialist Minimum 3 years of Independent Insurance industry experience is required.
Experience with Applied Systems EPIC is required.
Experience with Ezlynx required Strong written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
Strong PC skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrates continuous learning orientation.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Licensed Property & Casualty Agent in the State of Arizona is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities for Personal Lines Insurance Remarketing Specialist Pull current and existing information from Applied EPIC to be input in the comparative rater (Ezlynx) Input accurate information in the comparative rater, run rates and determine which carrier(s) is the most competitive against the current policy(ies) Bridge over to the carrier(s) websites to review and finalize quote(s) and prepare the docs for the assigned agent to present to the client Document the Agency Management system with actions taken, including attaching the most competitive quote(s) Learn and implement our agency standards in the remarket process.
Understand the Arizona market as it comes to risk characteristics including but not limited to construction types, carrier eligibility and appetite, etc.
Works directly with team members and Personal Lines Manager, as required.
Service Standards for Personal Lines Insurance Remarketing Specialist Pro-active in researching and learning relevant industry developments on an ongoing basis.
Processes all items on a timely basis to ensure excellent customer service to our clients.
Observes and points out to the appropriate person items that may need special attention.
